Staying Active for Your Team

Sometimes it’s the simplest things that mean the most to those we lead.  Few things are more comforting and at the same time motivating than when we see our leaders in the mix, staying active and accountable to the very cause they’re leading.

Here are some ways you can stay active, available, and approachable to your team:

• Stay aware:  Always know where your team is relative to their goals and objectives.
• Inspect what you expect
• Have conversations on the spot
• Offer feedback
• Help where needed
